IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monqorionthrix Consulting, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site's content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
